Next Grading

I have a grading in just over a month's time.

Now I say this almost every time... but i'm nervous. I'm worried however not because i can't do it, or feel i dont know the techniques, i need to tweak them but i can do them. And it's not because I dont think i can do it.

I'm nervous because I seem to lose breath quite quickly. My body gets tired quickly too.

Easy answer to this... change your diet and fitness regimes... And the fitness one i've already begin... but that's all easier said than done... isn't it?

The diet part is trickier... because i'm a veggiephobe... dont eat most fruits and dont like vegetables... anything green on my plate gets wasted.

This is a new chapter and this one is gonna take a long time before i even take it as seriously as i should.... because let's face it... I'm lazy
